We are opened and are fully operational. We practice safe distancing & limiting person to person exposure/contact due to COVID-19. Majority of our staff are working from home for safety. Please be aware that COVID-19 will practically cause delays in permitting, inspections and construction. Permit departments are practicing social distancing and some have closed in person drop offs, many permit departments are behind on technology and do not have digital submittal/review process. Inspectors have to be cautious being out in the field and some counties have already stopped inspections for at least 2 weeks. Construction material shortages due to quarantines of materials and warehouse prioritization
of essential equipment. Design side is effected by staff having to work from home which delays efforts. Everyone expect things to move a bit slower from now until end of summer.
